Also, back into the game of researching webhosts. I've been happy with readyhosting, (my current) but I'm pretty sure I'm paying more than I need to for space and stuff I don't really need. Also, there are plans in the works.

So, I'm pretty sure I've asked this a few times before, but does anyone know of a good, low-cost webhost? I would prefer to go with someplace tried and true, you know. Any suggestions are helpful!

I'm seriously fed up with my lack of artistic output lately, and yet still I can't seem to get anything done. Argh. Also I have to do a storyboard based on a fable with some kind of twist - plot-wise, setting-wise, or something - by 6pm tomorrow. No clue on that. At least, very little clue... and all possible clues are very boring clues that I can't seem to visualize. I want to do something different, outside of my normal boundaries. But blah.

I don't know what it is exactly. This week was pretty busy, with helping to prep and throw a party and making a last minute costume. I wish I could say that was just it, but the artless thing has been going on all month or more. I guess this usually happens when I have classes, but that's a sad thought.

(Man, and October is supposed to be my favorite month!)

Hey guys, honestly? How do you submit a preview image for just a regular file? I mean, do I have to upload everything as crappy .gifs with color loss just in order to put a spoiler warning thumbnail up? I assume not, because it seems like everyone else has figured it out. But in the FAQ it says preview images aren't allowed on most files. And why freaking not? Shouldn't that be my decision?

It's totally BS!

Okay... eveybody's bitched about it, and now it's my turn. The new category system is total BS.

I just got a note that my Saxon Shirt was moved to scraps by an admin. So I guess in this case it works to my advantage that scrapped deviations are no longer removed from the main gallery, even though that's something that still annoys me.

And I agree that it maybe didn't fit in Artisan Crafts>Misc but I don't think I could for the life of me find the screenprinting section when I submitted it.

Agh, I found it... in the last place I thought to look. And now I'm not sure whether to put it in there, or in The T-shirt designs category, which sounds more like just the design, and less like the print. And then there's Artisan Crafts>Textiles>Clothing, but that sounds too much like tailored work. It's just so stupidly more complicated than it used to or should be.

We need an info designer on the double.
